You’re Registered for Nationals… Now What?

Great question! Here’s a detailed checklist of the next steps:

  • Payment:
    • Early Bird Deadline is June 3rd – if your team plans to take advantage of the $100 savings, they must be REGISTERED & PAID prior to June 3rd at 11:59 pm.
    • Final payments are due by **July 1st** – Teams risk being dropped if payment is not received by July 1st at 11:59 PM. You should have received an invoice from PlayerFirst to the email used for registration, which you can use to make the payment. Alternatively, you can call us to pay over the phone. Please review our Late Withdrawal Policy for refund information.
  • Housing:
    • This event is a Stay-to-Play tournament, requiring teams to book housing through our partner, Team Travel Source. For more information, please visit our housing page. We are excited to continue our partnership with Team Travel Sourc to provide accommodations for the 2025 National Basketball Championship in Dallas, Texas!

  • Roster:
    • Each team must submit an official roster with each athlete’s name, jersey number, date of birth, and coach information.
      • Your registration includes 12 athlete roster spots, but you may add up to 15 players. Each additional athlete beyond 12 incurs a $15 fee. You also have 2 coach credentials included, with the option to add a third for $50. Every athlete must have a Parent/Guardian Waiver to participate.

  • Check-In:
    • Check-In will be held at the Star Sports Complex – Farmers Branch on July 23rd from 7 AM – 7 PM. This is a mandatory check-in for one team representative. To ensure a smooth process, please ensure:

– All forms have been submitted
– Your team is housing compliant
– All fees have been paid

  • Timeline:
    • July 23rd: Mandatory Coach Check-In at StarCenter Multisport in Farmers Branch from 7 AM – 7 PM. This event is mandatory for one team representative. The check-in process will be quick if all forms are submitted, your account balance is fully paid, and your team is housing compliant. Click here for more check-in information.
    • July 24th: NBC25 Tip-Off! The first game will start as early as 10 AM.
    • July 25th: Last day of pool play.
    • July 26th: First day of bracket play.
    • July 27th: Championship Sunday! 🏆
  • Admission:
    • Adult Weekend Pass – TBD
    • Adult Daily Pass – TBD
    • Youth/Senior Weekend Pass – TBD
    • Youth/Senior Daily Pass – TBD

*Tickets can only be purchased on-site.

*We DO NOT accept any cash and will have no change at the gate.

*Youth is considered under 7-18. 6 and under is free. Senior is 65 and up.
