IMPORTANT HOST HOTEL BOOKING INFORMATION

For the 2025 National Basketball Championship, participating teams are required to stay at one of the host hotels and book their rooms through the event’s Housing Partner, TEAM TRAVEL SOURCE.

Follow these steps to complete the hotel booking for your team:

1. Most teams will be able to complete their booking online through this link.
2. If you have questions or need help, contact Team Travel Source via email at sports@teamtravelsource.com. Do Not Call The Hotel Directly.

Requirements:

1. The National Basketball Championship is a stay-to-play tournament. Meaning that all non-local teams are required to book one of the Host Hotels through our Housing Partner, Team Travel Source. Any team not in compliance with the Housing Policy will be required to pay a $300 Housing Opt-Out Fee before completing Check-in on July 23rd.
2. To meet the requirement you must have 12 room nights (NOT 12 ROOMS). This can be easily accomplished in many different ways. For example, if your team books 4 rooms for 3 nights or even 3 rooms for 4 nights, then you have met the requirement. The PrimeTime or Team Travel Source advisors are happy to answer questions regarding this.
