What has been your favorite moment at PrimeTime?
My favorite moment was finishing my very first National Basketball Championship in 2014. 831 teams, and my first experience of working in the real world.
What are you most proud of professionally?
I am most proud of the relationships I have made with the people I work with and the coaches I communicate with every day. Helping their teams grow from Elementary teams to now playing High School ball has been a proud moment for me.
What is your favorite thing to do when you’re not working?
I love being with my family and playing with my two daughters. Next to my lovely wife, they are my favorite people in the entire world. If you can’t tell, I’m completely obsessed with them.
Carter Vesta
Houston/Regional Market Manager
Howdy! My name is Carter Vesta and I am from Burleson, Texas. I graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management where I also played for the club basketball team . Basketball is my passion and I am fortunate enough to work for the greatest event provider in the world! PrimeTime is one of the many tournament operators that I had the opportunity to compete with growing up and I am thankful to be a part of their growth and success over the years. Away from work, I enjoy playing, watching, and studying basketball. I also love hanging out with my lifelong friends, traveling, and finding any other sport to win at.

What has been your favorite moment at PrimeTime?
I manage the National Basketball Championship tournament and that always brings me joy. It’s so amazing having the opportunity to see the hard work and dedication of our coaches, players, and their families come to fruition at one single event in July. The passion that is displayed on and off the hardwood during this time is so special to see!
What are you most proud of professionally?
I am responsible for managing our internship program, which holds special significance for me as I began my own journey here as a college intern before being hired full-time. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness the full life cycle of our interns—seeing them transition from recent college graduates to dedicated interns, and ultimately to valued colleagues. This experience is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my role.
What is your favorite thing to do when you’re not working?
I love exploring! Whether it’s exploring a new state or country, or seeing what new restaurant has popped up in Dallas. Any other downtime is spent with friends and family!
